Wall Residences: Provides support to individuals who experience developmental disabilities and/or a long-term mental health diagnosis to live a meaningful life in both home and community settings. We do this through a focus on Person-Centered practices.

Access Independence: Our mission is to promote independent living by providing services and resources that enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities living in Virginia’s Northern Shenandoah Valley.

Delicate Health Home Care: Our emphasis is on caring and understanding. We are committed to making you feel better and get better within the comfort of your home. We offer you that extra individualized attention that makes assisted living possible and soothing.

Life Advantage: teach, encourage, and support individuals with developmental disabilities as they learn and maintain functional life skills to be contributing citizens in their communities.

Sandra L. Thompson & Associates: Support differently abled families. We help youth learn and build functional life skills to increase independency. We support parents by offering support and coaching designed to transform their mindset and reclaim their parent joys.

​Residental

Public Partnerships: We support individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, eligible for public Medicaid assistance, to “self-direct” their own long-term home care.  They have chosen to remain independent in their homes and active within their communities.

Centers for Independent Living: Are non-residential places of action and coalition designed and operated by people with disabilities. CILs work with individuals to promote leadership and independence as well as with local communities to remove barriers to independence. In Virginia, most CILs serve a planning district comprised of several counties.
